Sing at St. Fillan's
The tiny, but extraordinary, twelfth century St. Fillans Church, Aberdour celebrates its 900th anniversary this year. DCU was honoured to be asked to perform there on Saturday 3rd June.
Over forty members of the choir reprised the programme of our recent summer concert to an appreciative full-house audience of around 140. It was quite an experience for all concerned, including the choir who were on their feet for about 60 minutes to sway their way through this foot-tapping swing and jazz programme. Our music rocked the rafters of the wee church!
Afterwards, the choir repaired to Louie Brown’s in Dalgety Bay for an end-of-term dinner. A wonderful evening out.
